How do we reserve our  ceremony?

What  Beach areas do you service?

We are a completely mobile and can come to your location or one of the many beautiful  State Parks and  Pavilions. For a more private ceremony you may want to consider reserving a beach house or a Beach Area at Henderson Beach State Park or  Okaloosa Island, Navarre, Destin and  Pensacola Beach and St Andrews park in Panama City for your Beach Wedding.

Will we need permission for a marriage ceremony?

Most Properties are Wedding friendly , however it is a good idea to check with the property owner or call us .

Can we have our own Officiant or Minister?

Yes you may provide your own Minister to conduct your ceremony...just let us know

so we can work with him on your wedding ceremony.

What's the plan in case of rain or bad weather?

We  ask that you be ready an hour before your ceremony just in case we need to adjust the time in order for the system to move out of the area.  We will also give you the option of moving your wedding date to the next morning.  A back up plan is up to the bride and groom.

What is a Seashell Ceremony ?

After the Beach Wedding Ceremony is complete the Minister/Officiant will ask all the guests to pick a shell (from the seashell basket ) and go to the waters edge and make a wish or a prayer for the couple and throw it in together as the couple looks on......  photos are taken.

What is a Sand Unity?

After the vows are exchange the couple is ask to pick up sand where they stood and pour sand into a Glass Heart Container (we provide) 

Do you do receptions?

We recommend The Solaris for the Destin,Florida area... it is a Beautiful boat Cruiser on the Bay. They can do a full dinner and live entertainment. Go to www.sunquestcruises.com or call them at (850) 650-2519 (Ask for Gwen tell her we sent you for a special  the very best price)

Can we bring our own decorations?

No you may not bring your own decoration because we are a licensed and insured company with the State of Florida and the County, we are required to have liability insurance and a yearly permit to perform weddings on all of our beaches.

All Florida State Parks require proof of Liability Insurance , and a Special Events Permit and a Business License to perform weddings on the beach.

We carry all insurance and licenses in order to do a wedding on the beach.

When is payment expected and what if we need to cancel ?

Payment in full is due 30 days prior to ceremony date. Your deposits will be credited towards your wedding package .  You will need to contact the office to finalize you ceremony.

There are NO refunds on deposits and No refunds on a Wedding cancelled within 30 days of Ceremony Wedding date.

You do have one year of the scheduled ceremony wedding date to reschedule your Wedding.

You will need to call the office to do so.
